Hujjat al ISlam Raesi

The vigil ceremony of the Nineteenth-night of holy month of Ramadan, coincided with the night of sword-blown of the honor of Universe, the speaking Quran, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (A.S.), was held by fervent attendance of God-seeking pilgrims, in the Razavi heavenly sanctuary.

Hawzah News Agency-The vigil ceremony of the Nineteenth-night of holy month of Ramadan, coincided with the night of sword-blown of the honor of Universe, the speaking Quran, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (A.S.), was held by fervent attendance of God-seeking pilgrims, in the Razavi heavenly sanctuary.


According to Astan News, on the first night of Qadr Nights, the night that the spirituality occult rain falls down, and its every drop is an angel on the dry and thirsty souls of vigil keepers, the grateful people to the magnanimous Imam prayed to Almighty God, with tears and supplication, and murmurings of relief, relief from the divine realm, sought forgiveness and mercy.


Welcoming this magnificent ceremony was to the extents, which in the first hours of the evening, all the holy porticos, and the courtyards of the magnanimous Imam (A.S.) were packed. The spiritual ceremony began with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, and then the Jushan Kabir prayer, was resonated with the tune of “Haj Hamid Akbari” and “Haj Mahdi Sarvari”, in the courtyard and the house of Imam Reza (A.S.).


Hujjat al-Islam Sayyed Ebrahim Raeisi, the Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, gave a speech concerning the virtues and greatness of Qadr Nights, and said, “Night of Qadr, is the night of mercy, forgiveness and pardon, and that night based on Quran versus, is better than thousand months.”
“The truth of Qadr Night is knowledge to the special position of Infallible Imams (A.S.) and this means that to understand one night with the guardianship of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) is better than a thousand months of life under the rule of the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties governments” board member of the Assembly of Experts said, stating that the Night of Qadr as the time of divine mercy and forgiveness.


“What marks human destiny is his decisions and actions. If it were otherwise, the Qadr Night was meaningless. This night is bestowed by Almighty God to His servants, for them to be the night of decision, change and moving toward God’s blessing” he said, expressing that the real owner and the mediator of the grace of God in the Night of Qadr is Imam Mahdi (A.S.), and pointed to the position of man’s will in determining his/her destiny.


Night of Qadr; a Time for Forgiveness


“We should not be disappointed from the blessing of Almighty God in no time and circumstances. Despair of the mercy of God and suspicion in Almighty God is a major sin. The door of repentance is always open for people, and God loves those who repent” he stated, considering Night of Qadr as the best time to ask for forgiveness.


“Forgiveness has six conditions, which first, the person must be regretful and hateful of the sin from his/her heart; the second step is deciding and determination to avoid and abandon the sin. Next, the compensation of right of the God, including prayers, fasting, and paying for the people’s rights is raised. Another one is the replacement of the pleasure of the sin with the peace of worship, and the sixth condition is also the one that the repentant never has the intention to return to the ugliness and depravity and previous impurities anymore” Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi stated, mentioning the month of Ramadan as the time for the great exercise of obedience and self-improvement, and pointing to the conditions of the acceptance of repentance.

 


Maintaining the Divine Limits, the Best Practices of Ramadan 


“At this holy month and sacred Night of Qadr, Lord Almighty will be helpful to the ones who avoid the prohibitions while fulfilling the obligations and follow the Infallible Imams (A.S.)” Hujjat al-Islam wa al-Muslimin Raeisi added, introducing the supreme duties of Ramadan as fulfilling the obligations and avoiding the prohibitions and maintaining divine limits.
“God serves his servants in the best way in this holy month and gets them to the divine position of the Himself. This position is the status which makes the man caliph of God and worthy of being prostrated by the angels” member of the Supreme Council of Khorasan Seminary said, mentioning that the month of Ramadan as the time of God's celebration.

 


Fighting Oppression Is a Great Jihad


“Fighting against hegemony and resistance to oppression is a Great Jihad. This fight against oppression is among the religious principles and teachings of the Infallible Imams (A.S.) for us. We cannot consider ourselves Shiite and mournful for Imam Ali (A.S.) but do not follow his conduct and teachings and be silent against oppression and the oppressor” he stated in another part of his speech, pointing to the recent statements of the Revolution Supreme Leader about the Great Jihad.


“Resistance against oppression and the oppressor is among the fundamental principles of the Islamic Republic, and this support is not exclusive to Shiites, but Sunni brothers in Palestine and other oppressed people of the world are supported by Iran” he reiterated, pointing to the crimes of House of Saud in Yemen and their support of ISIS in Syria introduced this regime as the follower of the strategic policies of America and the world hegemony in the Middle East region.
“The Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.) is the commuting place of the prophets, angels, and the saints of God; therefore, the opportunity of the presence in this illuminated place, in this great night should not be missed” he said, addressing the vigil keepers and mournful people in Razavi Holy Shrine.


Continuing this ceremony, the ritual of Quran-on-head was held by Hujjat al-Islam Raeisi and in conformity with the pilgrims and those at the vicinity of Razavi Holy Shrine.
During this program, the panegyrist of the Infallible Imams (A.S.), "Haj Seyyed Jafar Maah Rukhsaar", recited some poems at the mourning of Samen al-Hujaj Ali ibn Musa al-Reza (A.S.) and the mourning of the innocent martyrdom of the great man of mankind, Hazrat Amir al-Mumenin, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (A.S).
Thus, the Qadr Night ceremony of the Ramadan’s nineteenth 1437 also ended. Good for those who appreciated this night. The night which is better than a thousand months. Until the moment when the sun smiles on the depressed lips of this horizon, and the stream of sun flows on the dark earth and the materiality conscience of the human until morning, greetings to this night.
